Overview
Genara Group is a membership organization that was created to drive down costs for its members.  Our collective strength lies in our numbers.  We currently have thousands of members across the country and we combine the purchasing power of all of them.  By directing all of our purchasing power toward specific vendors we are able to achieve economies of scale that are only matched by Fortune 500 companies.  This collective approach allows both our current and new members to save significant amounts of money on the goods and services they purchase everyday.  In addition to the cost savings our members no longer need to spend the time and energy searching for, interviewing and selecting which vendors to entrust with their business.  The extra time and money saved can be focused on your company to ensure your success.

Access to Detailed Pricing
Once logged into the site, our members are able to see all of the detailed pricing scenarios available with all of the vendors.  Non-members are allowed to browse the site but no specific pricing or contact information is revealed until the user is authenticated as a member.  Once a member is authenticated, detailed pricing information is shown for the products offered from each vendor.  Access is also granted to our Contact Vendor forms that identify our members to the vendor and ensure that the special discounted pricing is applied.

Usage of Approved Vendors
Decisions on which vendors to use are entirely up the our members.  They can use all of our approved vendors or none of them.  Obviously, it is in our members interest to use as many of the vendors as possible to maximize your cost savings but it is also in our collective interest to use our approved vendors because the more volume we are able to steer to a particular vendor, the greater the discounts we can acheive.

Membership Process
It is fast and easy to become a member.  Simply click here and complete the registration form, follow the instructions in the validation email to login to the site, select the Membership Subscriptions link and purchase a subscription.  That's it.  Once your purchase has been verified you will receive your unique Genara Group ID (GGID) that our vendors use to verify your membership with us.  You will also be granted full access to the website where you will be able to view detailed pricing information, special vendor contact information and details on how to start buying products and services using our discounted pricing contracts.

Cancellation
If you are not satisfied with our service you may cancel your membership at any time.  No refunds or credits will be given for any unused portion of a membership subscription.  Once you have canceled your membership you may continue to use Genara Group's approved vendors but your pricing with our vendors will immediately change.  Upon cancellation, a notification is sent to all approved vendors indicating that your GGID is no longer valid.  Our vendors are required to immediately adjust your pricing to a level that you would qualify for on your own.
