Once we make the determination that a vendor meets the initial requirements for approved status we move to the negotiations.  We strive to ensure that pricing through our approved vendors is the best pricing availiable in the marketplace period.  We have heard from some of our members that XYZ company has a slightly better price on ABC service.  Upon review of XYZ company we determined that the company's references or financial condition were not satisfactory.  Inevitably we hear back from our members with a horror story about how terrible XYZ's service was or how they lost money when XYZ closed its doors.  The point is you will not find better pricing with the elite class of vendors that we offer to our members.
